Retail Marketing Plan:

Outline retail plan for Nordstrom stores

This was is a final project that took place at the end of the semester in the course, Retail Management.  Each student got to pick a large department store and dissect the entire franchise.

I choose Nordstrom and researched the company's ins and outs.  I put together a SWOT analysis for the stores and suggested ways that could improve their customer base, sales, and store layouts.

Game Day Promotion:

Promotion plan for a baseball game on UCM's campus

One large project in my Sports Marketing Course was to put together a promotion plan for a game of my group and I's choice.

We decided to choose a UCM baseball game for a weekend in the Spring of 2020.  We had $1000 budget and we picked to have a family day.  We planned out how to use this money so that UCM families and the Warrensburg Community would want to attend.

Professional Sales Pitch: 

Sales plan for selling ADT to Amazon

One of the largest projects in my marketing education.  I dissected the American District Telegraph Security and Amazon's headquarters and the in's and out's of the companies.  

I acted as if I worked for ADT and I was selling our systems to the company of Amazon.  I estimated average prices, objectives, approaches, etc.
